During your consultation with your vet, please feel free to raise any concerns you may have about your pet – no question is silly to us if you are worried about it.
Each surgery operates an appointment system for consultations and we offer a range of appointment times to suit your needs. Our veterinary surgeons standard consultation is 10 minutes in length although we may book a longer consultation if necessary, e.g. for first vaccinations or complicated cases. We do our very best to ensure that you are seen at your allotted time but veterinary work can be unpredictable and emergencies do happen so please bear with us if your appointment time is a few minutes late.
After examining your pet, your vet will advise you on a course of action. If further tests and procedures are advised they will be happy to give you an estimate of the costs involved. If there is anything you do not understand or you would like further information, please do not hesitate to ask.
